Centralized SSO Token — Status 2026-07-20

Summary

The SDK dependency is confirmed available and is no longer a blocker. The only remaining hard gates for the Launchpad pilot are SB-2, a live Session Manager staging endpoint, and Infosec's CSP whitelist for the SSO SDK iframe.

Current-company/Kong/origin-contract details remain implementation checks, but are not represented as independent hard gates unless they fail during integration. Progress remains unchanged; this is a dependency-status correction, not delivery evidence.
