The hub_core hold/settlement engine is code-complete — all 7 backend tasks (T1–T7) are Done and merged (13 / 13 md). Today (2026-07-17) BIF-8824 stakeholder sign-off was also marked Done, so the engine slice is substantively closed. The initiative-level denominator is 16 md (13 BE + 3 QA), yielding 81%.

  • T1–T7 are code-corroborated in hub_core (T1–T6) and hub-worker (T7): BIF-8740/8741/8742/8743/8744/8745/8746.
  • T1 specifically maps to hub_core PR #8049, sha 070b20de02 (per the task-breakdown line 67).
  • BIF-8824 (stakeholder sign-off) is code-free and Done today.

Denominator revision: the 2026-07-15 entry recorded 26.5 md because DED-S07/S08 (modpanel UI) had been re-scoped into the initiative. That Modpanel UI re-scope did not survive; the authoritative task-breakdown grand total is 16 md (13 BE + 3 QA) per line 50 of deduction-v2.task-breakdown.md. The 3 QA md are not yet in sprint / have no independent evidence, so the initiative is not at 100%.
