2026-07-20: BIF-8959, BIF-8883–BIF-8887, and BIF-8958 are all To Do, with BIF-8946 providing
backend support during testing. Yoddi can start BIF-8771/BIF-8772 against the completed engine.
Scope and ownership change
- Reporting now reads
wa_reconciliation_batchesthroughhub_core; see decision 0002. - Hafriz owns the backend slices. Saprol owns BIF-8886, the client usage page; Jira still assigns it to Hafriz and must be reconciled separately.
- The former 10.5-day moderator-only breakdown is superseded. Replacement effort and the expanded
denominator are
TBD; no new progress percentage is asserted.
Next

- Start QA for the existing engine while the reporting slices proceed in parallel.
- Recompute initiative progress only after the new denominator is supplied and completed work is corroborated by Jira plus merged-code evidence.
