Bifrost Sprint 1 (2026-Q3) — Jira reconciliation, pass 2 (2026-07-08)

Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-08)​

Re-pulled the live contents of sprint 21367 ("Bifrost 26Q3 Sprint 1") and re-ran every 2026-07-07 finding against it. The board changed materially overnight — it went from ~2 initiatives covered to 110 issues spanning most of the ranked plan, so the picture below supersedes the state above where noted. As before, nothing here is fixed by this edit; drift is surfaced for the owner to act.

Status of the 2026-07-07 findings:

  1. One CID (BIF-6428, P11) — STILL OPEN. Re-checked directly: the Epic is still status: Done / resolution Done, with no children in sprint 21367. So the conflict with Grehasta #3 / Syafrizal M. #6 / Izzul #2 persists exactly as flagged. Still needs PM/TPM confirmation — its absence from the sprint is now consistent with "finished", strengthening the case that those three rows are stale, but this edit does not close them.
  2. "Only 2 of 16 initiatives on the board" — LARGELY RESOLVED (with new, narrower gaps). Someone backfilled the board (the manual sprint-jira-sync / jira-alignment-check path, task keys are BIF-<epic>/T<n>-style — not the forbidden per-AC auto-sync). Current coverage by rank:
    • Full BE/FE + QA tasks present: P1 Deduction V2 (BIF-8644 — stories DED-S01/S02, T1–T7 all In Progress, +stakeholder-signoff T BIF-8824, +QA), P4 Qontak One (BIF-8642 — BE Tasks 1/2/3/5 Ready to Test, FE Task 4 Ready to Test, +QA), P5 Sales Invoice (BIF-8117 — FE Download-SI In Progress, +QA), P6 Self-Subs (BIF-8639 — 7 BE + 3 FE tasks, +QA), P8 Downgrade Webhook (BIF-8643 — T1.1–T2.2 BE, +QA), P9 Quota Mgmt (BIF-8713 — T1–T8 BE, +QA), P3 Self Top-up (bugs + retest).
    • P2 Meta WhatsApp Pricing (BIF-8755): RFC task BIF-8762 Done; BE tasks BIF-8807–8810 = T1.1–T1.4 on the board (the plan cited Phase-1 1.1–1.5 startable — T1.5 is not filed). No FE/QA task yet. Matches "Madani building Phase-1", modulo the missing T1.5.
    • QA-task-only (BE/FE implementation tasks NOT filed): P7 Lite Seats (BIF-8638), P13 Meta × Modpanel (BIF-8658), P14 Billing Expired (BIF-8640), P15 Audit Logs (BIF-8659), P16 Postpaid Scheduler (BIF-8641). Yoddi's 13 QA tasks (BIF-8771–8783) were bulk-created for every initiative, but the BE/FE tasks exist only for the near-term items above — so these five carry a lone QA task against zero implementation tasks (their QA-task descriptions even note "Epic has zero children — half-wired until Stories filed"). Not wrong for not-yet-started work, but it is the remaining slice of the old finding #2.
    • No issues (correct — blocked/closed): P10 Downgrade User (blocked), P11 One CID (Done), P12 SSO Token (blocked).
  3. Self Top-up retest bug assignment — RESOLVED, board matches the plan. BIF-8704/8706/8707 → Syafrizal M. (Ready to Merged), BIF-8705 → Syafrizal M. (In Progress), BIF-8708/8709 → Madani (Done). Yoddi's retest BIF-8773 is now In Testing. The mid-sprint bugfix path is progressing; only BIF-8705 (continue-button) is still open on the FE side.
  4. Syafrizal M.'s off-plan load — STILL PRESENT. BIF-8691/8692/8693 (26Q2 Adhoc, BIF-7803), BIF-8570 (production-support bug, Blocked), and BIF-8828 (26Q2 SLA, BIF-8101) are all still in his sprint on top of his plan queue + the 4 Self Top-up FE bugs. Over-capacity (1.21) picture is unchanged — still flagged for TPM.
  5. Adhoc bucket (BIF-8695) — mostly still not in-sprint, and one plan-critical gap. Of the ten tracked stories A1–A10, only A9 (BIF-8682, To Do) is in sprint 21367; A1–A8 and A10 remain out (consistent with pull-in-fill, per the prior note). But note: A2 (BIF-8751, "Listen to Change Owner Webhook") — the plan's single deterministic CLOSE this sprint (Satya, BE-only) — is still To Do, still not in the sprint, and not assigned to Satya (Vinsensius Widhismara). See new finding 7.

New findings from the 2026-07-08 pull:

  1. Roster mismatch: Satya's ranked BE queue is entirely unfiled (his only sprint issues are off-plan). ⚠️ Correction (2026-07-08): "Satya" is the plan nickname for Vinsensius Widhismara (6108b3d897981000709a7d2b) — not "Natasha Satya", whom a naïve name search returns. So Satya is not absent: he holds two sprint issues — BIF-7622 (crs data-mgmt Pt II, In Progress, 26Q2 Adhoc BIF-7803) and BIF-8730 (Get owner from SSO, parent BIF-7792). But both are off-plan carryover, not his sprint queue: his ranked items — Lite Seats P7 BE (#1, "mostly ready"), Audit Logs P15 BE (#4), and adhoc A1/A2/A7 BE — have no tasks on the board. That is why P7/P15 above show QA-only and why A2 can't close. His ranked BE queue is unstaffed in Jira; needs those BE tasks filed (and A2 pulled + assigned) or the "A2 closes firmly" forecast will not hold. (Only Izzul — Muhammad Izzul, backup QA — is genuinely absent, which is expected.)
  2. A2 (BIF-8751) forecast at risk. The Class-of-Service forecast in "Deviations" §"26Q3 Adhoc bucket" states the three BE-only stories close, "A2 firmly (Expedite, Satya)". A2 is still To Do, not in the sprint, and not assigned to Satya (Vinsensius) — whose sprint load is entirely off-plan (finding 6) — so that firm CLOSE is currently not actionable on the board. Either assign + pull A2 for Satya (and clear enough off-plan load to make room), or downgrade the forecast.
  3. Off-plan sprint load with no queue in this doc. Addo Hernando holds ~15 issues (26Q2 Adhoc BIF-7803 stories, 26Q2 SLA BIF-8101 stories, Sales-Invoice stories under BIF-8117, BIF-8757 permission tasks) and appears in no ## <name> queue above — the one genuinely unrepresented engineer. Additionally, load on named engineers falls outside their plan queues: Satya's two issues (BIF-7622, BIF-8730 — see finding 6), and Hafriz's BIF-8757 cluster (8794/8805/8827 Under investigation) + BIF-8723 (adhoc, Done). This is real committed load the plan doesn't represent — either the plan is missing Addo's queue/rows, or 26Q2 carryover was swept into 21367 by mistake. Flag to TPM to decide.
  4. Adhoc bucket Jira ⇄ tracker drift. Epic BIF-8695 has 15 children, but the README A1–A10 tracker lists only ten. The extras — BIF-8717 & BIF-8784 (Support Desty broadcast, both Done), BIF-8723 (billing-v3 VIP migration, Done), BIF-8806 (Quota API is_usage_reset_per_contract), BIF-8826 (LP email validation) — are on the board but absent from the bucket tracker. Run npm run lint:delivery (CHECK GROUP J) and reconcile the tracker, or explicitly classify these as out-of-bucket.

None of findings 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 are fixed by this edit — recorded per the "captures, never estimates" rule so the drift is preserved for sprint close. Findings 2 and 3 are reported as improved/resolved since 2026-07-07 for the same audit trail.
