Bifrost Sprint 1 (2026-Q3) — Jira reconciliation, pass 4 (2026-07-13)

Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-13)

Re-pulled sprint 21367 ("Bifrost 26Q3 Sprint 1") via sprint-jira-digest.mjs and ran the deterministic sprint:reconcile engine (qontak-docs @ a315602 — the roster-first fix 30d8080 is present, so the 2026-07-10 [BE Launchpad]/[BE hub_core] coverage-gap false positives did not recur). Issue count rose 101 → 122 (+21) since 2026-07-10. WIP 34; done-since-2026-07-10 throughput 6; oldest real in-progress is BIF-8570 (Syafrizal M., 26d — BIF-8252/Addo at 69d is PM-side). The +21 breaks down as: ~10 Satya ranked-queue tasks now filed (finding 6), ~6 BIF-8757 Launchpad-SSO cluster (Hafriz/Madani/Satya, off-plan — finding 8), 3 BIF-7795 (Grehasta, off-plan), 2 self-topup (BIF-8844/8845, unassigned), 1 QA (Yoddi). Nothing is fixed by this edit except the propagation recorded below (findings 6, 11 resolved/closed; 12 new).

Prior findings are numbered 1–11 as in the 2026-07-08 / -10 passes (stable ids); new findings start at 12.

Status of prior findings:

  1. One CID (BIF-6428, P11) — STILL OPEN, 4th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. Still Done/resolution Done, zero children in sprint 21367; Grehasta #3 / Syafrizal M. #6 / Izzul #2 still read it as open work. Owner: Addo Hernando (DRI). Decision: confirm the Epic is genuinely finished → mark those three plan rows stale; else reopen + re-pull its Stories/Tasks. Routed to a dated risk: one-cid-multiple-waba/delivery/status/2026-07-13.md.
  2. Board coverage — SUPERSEDED. Near-term coverage improved further; P7/P15 returned (finding 6), P13/P14/P16 still bare (finding 10).
  3. Self Top-up retest bugs — RESOLVED (further). Engine: 5 done / 2 in-progress of 9; README already at 90%.
  4. Syafrizal M. over-capacity / off-plan — STILL OPEN, 4th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. BIF-8570 (prod-support) still In Progress (26d, oldest real WIP); FE over-capacity (1.13, 7d over). Owner: Bifrost EM/TPM. Decision: add a 2nd FE engineer or move lower-priority FE off him — already logged as an unavoidable EM decision in roadmap ## Capacity summary (the One CID FE overflow line); this recheck cross-references it rather than re-logging a duplicate.
  5. Adhoc bucket not in-sprint — SUPERSEDED by finding 9. Bucket BIF-8695 now has 8 children in-sprint (was 1), but almost all are untracked keys; tracked A-stories except A9 remain out (finding 7).
  6. Satya roster-mismatch — RESOLVED for the ranked queue. Filed 2026-07-13 and assigned to him: Lite Seats P7 BIF-8848/8849/8850/8851 (Tasks 2.1/2.2/2.4/2.5, In Review) + Audit Logs P15 BIF-8852–8855 (Tasks 2.1–2.4, To Do). Task 2.3 is correctly omitted (blocked by B1 — Lite component code strings unconfirmed — not a gap). Adhoc A1/A2/A7 BE remain unfiled → finding 7.
  7. A2 (BIF-8751) forecast — STILL OPEN, 4th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. Still not in sprint, no assignee, To Do; now harder — Satya's queue filled with P7/P15 this sprint. Owner: Satya (Vinsensius) + TPM. Decision: assign + pull A2, or downgrade the "A2 closes firmly" Deviations forecast. Routed to adhoc-q3-2026/delivery/status/2026-07-13.md.
  8. Off-plan load — STILL PRESENT. BIF-8757 Launchpad cluster grew to 11 children (Hafriz/Madani/Satya: 8840/8846/8859/8862/8863/8867); new BIF-7795 cluster (Grehasta 8864/8865/8866). Real off-plan engineering load. Addo's ~28 remain PM-expected (roster.json).
  9. Adhoc bucket Jira ⇄ tracker drift — STILL OPEN, 3rd pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. Verified by hand — the delivery linter has no Jira access, so a clean lint:delivery cannot close this. In-sprint BIF-8695 children {7775, 8236, 8467, 8585, 8593, 8682, 8717, 8784} vs the tracker A-ids: only 8682 (A9) overlaps; 7 untracked children. Owner: Addo (bucket DRI). Decision: classify each in/out of bucket (CHECK GROUP J). Routed to the same adhoc status entry (finding 7's file).
  10. Five initiatives regressed to zero (2026-07-10) — PARTIALLY RESOLVED. P7 Lite Seats (4) + P15 Audit Logs (4) are back via Satya. P13 (BIF-8658) / P14 (BIF-8640) / P16 (BIF-8641) still zero → STILL OPEN for those three; confirm with the TPM whether deliberate descope or accidental sprint-scope edit before filing (jira-alignment-checksprint-jira-sync, never per-AC sync).
  11. Addo assignment-drift — CLOSED (benign). lint:delivery clean (no BUCKET_IMPLEMENTORS_DRIFT); the engine's three +addo rows are PM story-ownership per roster.json, not engineering staffing — not mirrored into implementors:.

New findings from the 2026-07-13 pull:

  1. [status-progress] Qontak One Team Migration (P4, BIF-8642) is BE-complete and code-corroborated — progress written up this pass. All 5 BE tasks Done and merged to qontak-launchpad origin/main: BIF-8798 (PR #623), BIF-8799 (#625), BIF-8800 (#626), BIF-8789 (#624), BIF-8801 (commit 5b7f2bc). Step-6b computation (done + code-corroborated BE-discipline man-days only; FE Task 4 BIF-8758 is In Deployment and QA is pending, both excluded — no fractional credit): BE 2+3+2+2+1.5 = 10.5 md = the full BE budget, of 15.5 total → progress 0% → 68%. Propagated to qontak-one-team/delivery/status/2026-07-13.md (canonical burnup) → README progress_* cache → roadmap ## Portfolio progress & forecast.

This edit propagates (unlike passes 1–3, which recorded zero status/ entries): finding 12's progress write-up (status/ + README + roadmap), and dated escalation risks for findings 1, 7, and 9 (named owners + decisions). It does not fix findings 4 (EM capacity decision), 8 (off-plan load — TPM read), or 10's P13/P14/P16 (TPM descope confirmation) — each now has a named owner above. The other seven status-progress initiatives (deduction-v2, self-subs, sales-invoice, etc.) are deferred — each needs manual git code-corroboration since this qontak-docs ref predates the engine-run code-evidence join.
