Bifrost Sprint 1 (2026-Q3) — Jira reconciliation, pass 6 (2026-07-16)

Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-16, pass 6)​

Pre-close pass (sprint ends 2026-07-17). Re-pulled sprint 21367 via sprint-jira-digest.mjs and ran the deterministic sprint:reconcile engine (qontak-docs @ deffa6b, past the 30d8080 roster-first fix + epic-wiring-drift at deffa6b). Issue count rose 130 → 137 (+7) since pass-05. Done 51 → 63 (+12); WIP 36 → 22; done-since-2026-07-15 throughput 21. Oldest in-progress: BIF-8570 (Syafrizal M., 29d — was 28d, still climbing).

Code-evidence join: 36 done issues → 18 corroborated, 14 no-trace, 3 unchecked, 1 in-flight. The 14 no-trace are concentrated in repos without sibling checkouts (qontak-billing, report-worker) — PARTIAL, not conclusive.

Status of prior findings (by id):

  1. One CID (BIF-6428, P11) — STILL OPEN, 6th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED, no response across six passes. BIF-6428 is Done/resolution: Done with zero children in sprint 21367. Grehasta #3 / Syafrizal M. #6 / Izzul #2 still read it as open work. Owner: Addo Hernando (DRI) — confirm genuinely finished (→ mark plan rows stale) or reopen + re-pull. Sprint closes tomorrow (2026-07-17) — a decisions/ ADR is now overdue. Six passes with zero action is itself the decision-by-default the escalation rule exists to prevent.
  2. Board coverage — SUPERSEDED (carried into F-10).
  3. Self Top-up retest bugs — RESOLVED (unchanged).
  4. Syafrizal M. over-capacity / off-plan — STILL OPEN, 6th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. BIF-8570 now 29d (was 28d). roadmap.md still carries contradictory figures (Capacity summary: 1.21/11d over = canonical; Program-level-risks prose: stale 1.13/7d). Owner: Bifrost EM/TPM — same decision (2nd FE engineer or offload); roadmap prose citation reconciliation still open.
  5. Adhoc bucket not in-sprint — SUPERSEDED (folded into F-9).
  6. Satya roster-mismatch — RESOLVED (unchanged).
  7. A2 (BIF-8751) forecast — STILL OPEN, 6th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. Still not in-sprint, still To Do, assignee Addo (PM). Owner: Satya (Vinsensius) + TPM — assign + pull, or formally downgrade the "A2 closes firmly" Deviations forecast before close.
  8. Off-plan load — STILL PRESENT. BIF-8757 now 17 children (was 17; 10 done, 8 new, 2 in-progress), BIF-7795 now 4 (1 done, 3 in-progress). Addo's PM load ~28 (expected per roster.json). Owner: TPM — consider tracked bucket container for BIF-8757 given sustained growth.
  9. Adhoc bucket Jira ⇄ tracker drift — STILL OPEN, 5th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. In-sprint BIF-8695 children core set {7775, 8236, 8467, 8585, 8593, 8682} unchanged; new issues BIF-8876 (QA for A9) and BIF-8880 (FE for A9) are correctly A9-tracked, not new drift. Owner: Addo (bucket DRI) — classify each in/out of bucket.
  10. P13/P14/P16 zero board presence — STILL OPEN, 3rd recheck. ⛔ ESCALATED. BIF-8658 (P13), BIF-8640 (P14), BIF-8641 (P16) all bare Epics, zero children, unassigned. Sit behind higher-ranked Ready items on Grehasta's (#4) and Hafriz's (#3/#4) queues — plausibly accepted queue-order sequencing. Owner: TPM — confirm accepted sequencing vs descope before close; if accepted, record as Deviations note.
  11. Addo assignment-drift — unchanged, benign. PM story-ownership per roster.json, not engineering staffing. Engine surfaces it as deterministic (+ addo) on adhoc-q3-2026, deduction-v2, and sales-invoice-jurnal READMEs — same pattern, same verdict.
  12. Qontak One Team Migration — SUPERSEDED into F-18 (all 7 sprint issues now Done — see new finding).
  13. Self-subs code-evidence-gap (BIF-8803/8804) — STILL OPEN. 8803 still Won't Fix with unmerged branch; 8804 still Won't Fix, no trace.
  14. Self-topup code-evidence-gap (BIF-8708/8709) — STILL OPEN. Still Done, no trace (qontak-billing unchecked — PARTIAL). Outside the 22-md as-built scope; 90% unaffected.
  15. Sales-invoice-jurnal BIF-7825 scope question — STILL OPEN. Doesn't map to breakdown.
  16. A9 tracker drift (BIF-8682 To Do vs tracker in-progress) — STILL OPEN. Jira-side fix recommended.
  17. A11 tracker drift (BIF-8612 Waiting Confirmation vs tracker in-progress) — STILL OPEN. Jira-side fix recommended.

New findings from the 2026-07-16 pull:

  • 18. [blocked-done-conflict] Qontak One Team (BIF-8642): all 7 sprint issues Done. FE Task 4 (BIF-8758) and QA Task 1 (BIF-8774) both transitioned to Done since pass-05. 6/7 code-corroborated (BIF-8774 is QA — code-free as expected). README health is still on-track; the board says complete. Owner: Addo/TPM — confirm the initiative is substantively complete (dev + QA Task 1 done; QA Tasks 2-5 have no separate Jira evidence — either done informally or outstanding) and mark it, or identify what remains. This is a progress milestone: 68% → 81% (12.5/15.5 md — all BE 10.5 + FE 1.5 + QA Task 1 0.5, corroborated).

  • 19. [epic-wiring-drift] 7 new off-map parent Epics with sprint presence. Beyond F-8's BIF-8757 (17) and BIF-7795 (4), the engine surfaced: BIF-7803 (12 issues, billing/modpanel cluster — Addo PM), BIF-8101 (8, SLA Management), BIF-7550 (1), BIF-7792 (1), BIF-7949 (2, includes BIF-8570 the 29d oldest WIP), BIF-8293 (1), BIF-8869 (1 = QA BAU). All are editorial (off-map parent, rolled up per Epic). Owner: TPM — verify each: stale/superseded, cross-team, or legitimately off-plan. Routes to jira-alignment-check (D1–D6) for reparenting.

This pass propagates: three progress write-ups (qontak-one-team 81%, lite-seats 13%, meta-whatsapp-pricing 33%) → dated status/2026-07-16.md → README cache → roadmap mirror, then lint:delivery. F-18 (Qontak One Team blocked-done-conflict) persisted to a dated qontak-one-team/delivery/status/2026-07-16.md. It does not fix F-1 (6th pass — ADR overdue), F-4/F-7/F-8/F-9/F-10 (all escalated, all owned, all unresolved at sprint close-eve), or the new F-19 off-map Epics (TPM read). F-1 recommendation: write a decisions/ ADR at sprint close if still unresolved.
