Bifrost Sprint 1 (2026-Q3) — Jira reconciliation, pass 7 / close pass (2026-07-17)

Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-17, pass 7)​

Sprint close pass for Bifrost 26Q3 Sprint 1 (sprint 21367, ends 2026-07-17). Re-pulled via sprint-jira-digest.mjs and reconciled with the deterministic sprint:reconcile engine (qontak-docs @ deffa6b). Issue count 137 → 145 (+8) since pass-06. Done 63 → 74 (+11); WIP 22 → 17; doneSince 2026-07-16 throughput 19. Oldest in-progress: BIF-8570 (Syafrizal M., now 30d — was 29d, still climbing).

Code-evidence join: 74 done issues → corroboration concentrated in hub_core/launchpad repos; qontak-billing, report-worker, and hub were skipped (no sibling checkout / registry override), so Done issues landing there grade PARTIAL/no-trace. No repo access change vs pass-06.

Status of prior findings (by id):

  1. One CID (BIF-6428, P11) — STILL OPEN, 7th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED, no response across seven passes. BIF-6428 is Done/resolution: Done with zero children in sprint 21367. Grehasta #3 / Syafrizal M. #6 / Izzul #2 still read it as open work. Owner: Addo Hernando (DRI) — confirm genuinely finished (→ mark plan rows stale) or reopen + re-pull. ADR overdue; sprint closes today.
  2. Syafrizal M. over-capacity / off-plan — STILL OPEN, 7th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. BIF-8570 now 30d (was 29d). roadmap.md still carries contradictory figures (Capacity summary: 1.21/11d = canonical; Program-level-risks prose: stale 1.13/7d). Owner: Bifrost EM/TPM — same decision (2nd FE engineer or offload); roadmap prose citation reconciliation still open.
  3. A2 (BIF-8751) forecast — STILL OPEN, 7th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED — ACTION NOT EFFECTIVE. Satya was assigned to pull A2 on 2026-07-16, but BIF-8751 is not in sprint 21367 and remains To Do / assignee Addo. Owner: Satya (Vinsensius) + TPM — carry over to Sprint 2 or formally downgrade the "A2 closes firmly" Deviations forecast.
  4. Off-plan load — STILL PRESENT. BIF-8757 now 25 children (was 17; 10 new, 3 indet, 12 done). BIF-7795 unchanged at 4 (1 done, 3 indet). Addo's PM load ~28 (expected per roster.json). Owner: TPM — consider tracked bucket container for BIF-8757 given sustained growth.
  5. Adhoc bucket Jira ⇄ tracker drift — STILL OPEN, 6th pass. ⛔ ESCALATED. In-sprint BIF-8695 core children set {7775, 8236, 8467, 8585, 8593, 8682} unchanged; new issues BIF-8876 (QA for A9) and BIF-8880 (FE for A9) are correctly A9-tracked, not new drift. Owner: Addo (bucket DRI) — classify each in/out of bucket before close.
  6. P13/P14/P16 zero board presence — STILL OPEN, 4th recheck. ⛔ ESCALATED, narrowed. BIF-8658 (P13), BIF-8640 (P14), BIF-8641 (P16) all bare Epics, zero children, unassigned. P9 and P15 now have To-Do scaffolding — reclassified as F-22. Owner: TPM — confirm accepted sequencing vs descope before close.
  7. Self-subs code-evidence-gap (BIF-8803/8804) — STILL OPEN. 8803 still Won't Fix with unmerged branch; 8804 still Won't Fix, no trace.
  8. Self-topup code-evidence-gap (BIF-8708/8709) — STILL OPEN. Still Done, no trace (qontak-billing unchecked — PARTIAL). Outside the 22-md as-built scope; 90% unaffected.
  9. Sales-invoice-jurnal BIF-7825 scope question — STILL OPEN. Doesn't map to breakdown; Task 4 in-progress.
  10. A9 tracker drift (BIF-8682 To Do vs tracker in-progress) — STILL OPEN. Jira Story BIF-8682 still To Do, but FE child BIF-8880 and QA child BIF-8876 are both Done → A9 substantively complete. Jira-side close of BIF-8682 recommended.
  11. A11 tracker drift (BIF-8612 Waiting Confirmation vs tracker in-progress) — STILL OPEN. Jira-side fix recommended.
  12. Qontak One Team (BIF-8642) blocked-done-conflict — STILL OPEN. All 7 sprint issues Done (6/7 corroborated). README health still on-track; QA Tasks 2–5 have no separate Jira evidence. Owner: Addo/TPM — confirm substantive completion or identify remaining work.
  13. Off-map Epics (F-19) — STILL OPEN, expanded. Now 9 distinct off-map parent Epics with sprint presence (was 7): adds BIF-7550 (1 issue), BIF-7949 (2 issues). Owner: TPM — verify cross-team/stale/off-plan. Routes to jira-alignment-check.

New findings from the 2026-07-17 pull:

  • 20. [blocked-done-conflict] Meta WhatsApp Pricing (BIF-8755): all 5 in-sprint issues Done. 1 of 5 code-corroborated (BIF-8807, Task 1.1). Tasks 1.2/1.3/1.4 (BIF-8808/8809/8810, 4 md) are Done on board but land in unchecked qontak-billing/report-worker/moderator-be. README health on-track. Owner: Addo/TPM — confirm Phase-1 dev portion substantively complete (pricing-decision OQs still gate Phase-2) and respond to the code-evidence gap before the next progress write.
  • 21. [blocked-done-conflict] Downgrade Webhook (BIF-8643): 3/3 in-sprint issues Done, 0/3 code-corroborated. All three (BIF-8698/8811/8812) are in unchecked qontak-billing. Owner: Madani/TPM — confirm merges to qontak-billing and re-run code-evidence check at a sibling checkout before close-vs-carryover decision. Recommend deferring the % write.
  • 22. [coverage-gap] P9 Quota Management (BIF-8713) + P15 Launchpad Audit Logs (BIF-8659) now have board presence. BIF-8713: 9 new issues, all To Do. BIF-8659: 4 new issues, all To Do. This narrows F-10 to P13/P14/P16 only. Owner: Grehasta/Hafriz — confirm the To-Do tickets are startable next sprint vs further scaffolding.
