  • Qontak One Team (P4): all 10 in-sprint BIF-8642 issues Done — BIF-8864/8865/8866 (BE Launchpad endpoints) resolved 2026-07-19/20. Engine flags health: at-risk vs all-done (see F-18).
  • Self-Subs (P6): BIF-8802 (Task 2.2 hub-service half) Done, resolved 2026-07-20.
  • Quota Management (P9): first Done — BIF-8715 resolved 2026-07-20; 8 children remain To Do (F-22 movement).

Status of prior findings (by id):

  • F-4 (off-plan-load) — ⛔ ESCALATED, STILL OPEN at close (9 passes): BIF-8570 In Progress 34 days, oldest WIP team-wide. ADR 0001-second-fe-engineer-decision.md still proposal / dri: TBD. Owner: Bifrost EM/TPM — the ADR was required as a Sprint 2 planning input and is now overdue; decide within Sprint 2 week 1. Carried to Sprint 2.
  • F-7 (forecast-at-risk) — CLOSED at close as a confirmed forecast miss: A2 (BIF-8751) absent from sprint 21367 through the entire window (not in the 147-issue close digest). The formal carry note is this close's ## Sprint review (Carried over) + Sprint 2's Satya #3 PULL-TO-CLOSE row. No further Sprint-1 action.
  • F-8 (off-plan-load) — STILL OPEN, grew again: BIF-8757 now 30 in-sprint issues (15 done / 4 WIP / 11 To Do; was 27 at pass 8). Owner: TPM — the tracked-bucket-container decision is still owed; carried to Sprint 2.
  • F-10 (coverage-gap) — CLOSED at close as a confirmed outcome: P13 (BIF-8658), P14 (BIF-8640), P16 (BIF-8641) ended the sprint at zero board presence; P15 (BIF-8659) likewise (its 4 tasks BIF-8852–8855 are in Sprint 2/21464 instead). Recorded in Carried over; Sprint 2 queues these deliberately (Satya #2, Hafriz #3/#4, Syafrizal #8/#9).
  • F-13 (code-evidence-gap) — RESOLVED (2026-07-19 post-close corroboration): BIF-8803 and BIF-8804 were genuine redirects (BIF-8792/BIF-8793), code-verified merged.
  • F-14 (code-evidence-gap) — STILL OPEN, but downgraded: BIF-8708/8709 still show zero code trace in hub-chat (re-searched this pass; hub-core/qontak-billing not searchable — PARTIAL). New mitigating evidence: retest BIF-8773 passed and closed 2026-07-20, so the fixes are functionally verified even without a located diff. New findings from the 2026-07-21 close pull: none material beyond the taxonomy rows already carried above. Two engine blocked-done-conflict rows (lite-seats on-track vs 4/4 sprint issues Done; meta-whatsapp-pricing at-risk vs 5/5 Done) are informational, not conflicts — both initiatives have known non-sprint remainders (Lite Seats 2.3/2.8 externally blocked; Meta Pricing Phase 2 gated on the pricing decision + real-WABA validation). Three engine assignment-drift rows (+Addo assigned on deduction-v2 / qontak-one-team / self-topup issues) resolve per roster.json: Addo is PM — routes to a TPM read, not a staffing-mirror edit.

Per "captures, never estimates": this pass proposes no new man-day writes — the 2026-07-20 dated status entries (written during Sprint 2 pass 01 propagation) remain the latest evidenced burnups; nothing done since then changes a corroborated sum except items already recorded there.
