Bifrost Sprint 2 — Jira reconciliation pass 01
Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-20, pass 01)
Pre-start fallback baseline: 43 issues; 40 new/To Do, WIP 0, 3 Done-category Won't-Fix subtasks; no oldest-WIP item. The deterministic engine was attempted first but selected still-active Sprint 1 and lacked local Jira credentials; this pass therefore uses the documented token-safe connector fallback against explicit Sprint 21464. No progress actuals are written from this pull.
Status of prior findings: none — first Sprint-2 pass.
New findings from the 2026-07-20 pull:

assignment-drift): BIF-8736 is Jira-assigned to Addo while the corrected plan owner is Satya. - F-2 (
assignment-drift): BIF-8886 is Jira-assigned to Hafriz while the corrected FE owner is Saprol. - F-3 (
coverage-gap): Sprint 21464 contains no BIF-8642 issues. BIF-8911 exists under the Epic but is outside the sprint, and Tasks 7–8 have no approved sprint tickets. - F-4 (
coverage-gap): Sprint 21464 contains no BIF-8755 issue for mocked-webhook QA. - F-5 (
coverage-gap): Sprint 21464 contains no BIF-8639 issue for the Billing-ownership transition behind the stable Qontak proxy.
The pass does not edit Jira. Assignment and coverage fixes route to the manual sprint Jira workflow; the automated per-AC sync remains out of scope.
