Bifrost Sprint 2 — Jira reconciliation pass 02

Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-21, pass 02)

Post-transition recheck requested by the TPM after applying the sprint-start board fixes. Fresh full pull of sprint 21464 via MCP → digest (94 issues, +51 vs pass 01's 43) → offline sprint:reconcile --digest. Vitals: 4 done-category · 9 WIP · 81 To Do; 0 resolved since 2026-07-20; oldest in-progress (non-Epic) BIF-8120 (created 2026-04-17, Addo) then BIF-8570 (2026-06-17, ~34 days, Syafrizal M.). The +51 growth is the sprint-jira-sync fill the plan expected — queues now have board coverage.

Identity correction (durable, pushed to roster.json): plan nickname "Saprol" = Syafrizal M. (Syafrizal Noor Abdillah) — confirmed by the TPM this pass. lookupJiraAccountId("Saprol") returns no user; the alias is now a _note on the Syafrizal M. roster entry so no future pass re-derives it. F-2's "corrected FE owner Saprol" and the plan queue's "Syafrizal #1 BIF-8886" were therefore the same instruction, not a conflict.

Status of prior findings (by id):

• F-1 (assignment-drift) — STILL OPEN (1st recheck): BIF-8736 remains Jira-assigned to Addo Hernando (now In Progress); the plan owner (Satya queue #6) is Satya = Vinsensius Widhismara (accountId 6108b3d897981000709a7d2b). Per roster, Addo-assigned drift routes to a TPM read — confirm whether Addo holding BIF-8736 is deliberate (then amend the plan queue via sprint-planner) or reassign on the board. Escalates if still drifted next pass.
• F-2 (assignment-drift) — ✅ RESOLVED: BIF-8886 now assigned to Syafrizal Noor Abdillah (= Saprol, see identity correction above). Board matches the plan (Syafrizal #1).
• F-3 (coverage-gap) — PARTIAL, STILL OPEN (narrowed): Qontak One Tasks 7–8 are now in the sprint as BIF-8968 (auto-enroll General team) + BIF-8969 (migration trigger wiring), both Grehasta, To Do. BIF-8911 (QA) is still not in sprint 21464. Remaining action: TPM/Izzul — add BIF-8911 (or state that its QA rides Sprint 3).
• F-4 (coverage-gap) — STILL OPEN (1st recheck): the fresh 94-issue digest still contains no BIF-8755 (Meta Pricing) issue for the mocked-webhook QA. Owner: TPM/Yoddi — create/identify the ticket via manual sprint-jira-sync (creates the planned item on the board).
• F-5 (coverage-gap) — ✅ RESOLVED: the Self-Subs ownership-transition work is filed and in-sprint as BIF-8970 "[BE][qontak-billing] Port Self-Subs billing endpoints from Ruby to Go" (epic BIF-8639, Grehasta, To Do). Relatedly, the SSO change-owner work was re-filed: BIF-8857 → Won't Fix, superseded by BIF-8908 (epic BIF-8695, Satya, To Do).

New findings from the 2026-07-21 pull:

• F-6 (assignment-drift, informational) — BIF-8751 (A2, Satya #3 PULL-TO-CLOSE) is Jira-assigned to Addo and In Progress while its BE child BIF-8908 carries Satya. Per roster, Addo rows route to a TPM read; likely PM-holding-the-Story convention — confirm, no staffing edit proposed.
• F-7 (epic-wiring-drift) — 4 off-map parent Epics in the sprint: BIF-8101 ×5 (BIF-8252–8256), BIF-7803 ×2 (BIF-8389, BIF-8648), BIF-8757 ×1 (BIF-8899), BIF-8869 ×1 (BIF-8941). Same family as Sprint 1's F-19 (⛔, carried) — fold into the owed jira-alignment-check run (TPM), which audits that Jira Epic/Story/Task links match the docs.

Engine status-progress rows (Deduction 0/14 done, 2 WIP; SSO 0/8 done, 1 WIP) are day-1 noise — no done issues, so no man-day proposal ("captures, never estimates"); nothing written to dated status. Engine bucket/assignment rows against Addo resolve per roster _note (PM, TPM read).

The pass does not edit Jira. Remaining coverage/assignment fixes stay on the manual workflows.
