Lite Seats

Introduces the Lite User role in Qontak's USMAN system, enabling organizations to invite team members with restricted, configurable access without consuming premium standard user seats. The Lite User role allows clients to define up to 20 permission keys (excluding any inbox-related permissions), backed by a tiered quota deduction logic that falls back to a dedicated Lite Quota when standard quota is exhausted.
