Meta x Modpanel Call Usage Comparison

Initiative owned by the Bifrost team. Reconciles WhatsApp call usage between Meta's billing source and Qontak's Modpanel records so conversation/call charges can be verified before they flow into billing. Phase 1 covers call reconciliation.

Scope Changes​

  • Backend — Call-usage ingestion and comparison logic between Meta and Modpanel sources
  • Data — Reconciliation dataset and discrepancy reporting
  • Infra — Scheduled comparison job and supporting pipeline

QA Lane​

Lane B — keeps a human QA gate. Money-critical: billing reconciliation against Meta — a silent failure means undetected revenue loss or customer overcharge. No E2E test specs exist for this initiative yet, so the Lane-A entry bar (100% E2E, spec-mapped coverage) is unmet regardless. Classified by Yoddi, Izzul (QA), 2026-06-26.
