Meta x Modpanel Call Usage Comparison
Initiative owned by the Bifrost team. Reconciles WhatsApp call usage between Meta's billing source and Qontak's Modpanel records so conversation/call charges can be verified before they flow into billing. Phase 1 covers call reconciliation.

QA Lane
Lane B — keeps a human QA gate. Money-critical: billing reconciliation against Meta — a silent failure means undetected revenue loss or customer overcharge.
