One CID Multiple WABA — Status 2026-07-13
Delivery / Program Management — periodic status report. Records an escalated sprint-resync finding (F-1) so the drift stops being re-described pass-to-pass and gets an owner + a decision.
Summary
Recorded at-risk on a stop-spend conflict: the initiative's Epic reads finished in Jira
while the sprint plan still schedules work against it. Escalated because it has been open across
four sprint-resync passes (2026-07-07 → 2026-07-13) with no owner assigned.
Escalated risk (sprint-resync F-1 — blocked-done-conflict)
- 🔴 Epic BIF-6428 is
status: Done/resolution: Donein Jira, with zero children in sprint 21367 — yet Sprint 1's plan (delivery/sprints/2026-07-06-sprint-01.md) still treats it as open work in Grehasta's queue #3, Syafrizal M.'s #6, and Izzul's #2. Confirmed unchanged on the 2026-07-07, -08, -10, and -13 pulls. - Owner: Addo Hernando (initiative DRI).
- Decision needed: confirm whether BIF-6428 is genuinely complete.
- If complete → mark those three sprint-plan rows stale (the initiative is done; no more BE/FE/QA spend), and reflect the finished state on the roadmap Portfolio row.
- If not → the Epic was closed in error; reopen it and re-pull its Stories/Tasks into the
active sprint via the manual convention (
jira-alignment-check→sprint-jira-sync), never the automated per-AC sync.
- Until decided: no further engineering time should be committed against P11 this sprint.
