Summary

An RFC exists, but it is not yet an approved, execution-ready frontend contract. The current RFC review remains BE PROCEED / FE HOLD.

Frontend gate

Detail 2.F still needs the frame-level Figma references, exact component props/events, complete five-state UI matrix, accessibility behavior, analytics, and pinned /billings/info field names and types. Saprol should not start frontend implementation until those items are closed and the review is refreshed. This corrects the shorthand “no RFC”: the actual blocker is an incomplete draft RFC, not a missing file.
