Qontak Launchpad Audit Logs

Initiative owned by the Bifrost team. Adds an audit log for permission changes in Qontak Launchpad — a tech-debt + compliance effort that records who changed which permission, when, and from what value to what, surfacing the history for review by admins and infosec.

Scope Changes

• Backend — Audit-log capture of permission-change events; query/retrieval API
• Frontend — Audit-log view surfacing the permission-change history

QA Lane

Lane B — keeps a human QA gate. Security/isolation: an audit trail of permission changes, handling PII behind a permission-gated read API.
