Summary
All backend work is Done and merged. The five BE tasks that make up the full
effort_backend_days (10.5 md) landed on qontak-launchpad origin/main this sprint; only the
FE forward-teamIds task and QA remain. On-track.
Progress
progress_done_days = 10.5 of effort_total_days = 15.5 → 68%.
Method (step-6b, sprint-resync): counted the done, code-corroborated BE-discipline
man-days only. The board splits each task by discipline; the BE issues are Done while FE Task 4
(BIF-8758) is still In Deployment and QA is pending — both excluded (no fractional credit).
BE done = Task 1 (2) + Task 2 (3) + Task 3 (2) + Task 4-BE (2) + Task 5 (1.5) = 10.5 md =
the entire BE budget. Remaining: FE 1.5 (Task 4) + QA 3.5.
