Qontak One Team Migration — Status 2026-07-16

Delivery / Program Management — periodic status report. Progress derived by the sprint-resync pass 6 of 2026-07-16 (sprint 21367, step-6b computed proposal).

Summary​

All 7 sprint issues are now Done. The FE Task 4 forward-teamIds task (BIF-8758) and QA Task 1 (BIF-8774) both transitioned to Done since pass-05 (2026-07-15). 6/7 issues are code-corroborated against qontak-launchpad origin/main; BIF-8774 is QA (code-free as expected). Progress: 68% → 81% (12.5 / 15.5 md).

Method (step-6b, sprint-resync): counted done, code-corroborated man-days by task:

  • Task 1 (BE 2 + QA 0.5 = 2.5): BIF-8798 + BIF-8774 Done ✓
  • Task 2 (BE 3 = 3.0): BIF-8799 Done ✓ (QA 1.0 md not separately evidenced — excluded)
  • Task 3 (BE 2 = 2.0): BIF-8800 Done ✓ (QA 0.5 excluded)
  • Task 4 (BE 2 + FE 1.5 = 3.5): BIF-8789 + BIF-8758 Done ✓ (QA 1.0 excluded)
  • Task 5 (BE 1.5 = 1.5): BIF-8801 Done ✓ (QA 0.5 excluded)
  • Total done: 12.5 md (BE 10.5 + FE 1.5 + QA 0.5), all corroborated.

Remaining (3.0 md): QA for Tasks 2-5 has no separate Jira evidence — either done informally during deployment testing, or outstanding. If confirmed done, the initiative reaches 100%.

Blockers / open questions​

  • ⚠️ Board says complete, README health still on-track. All 7 sprint issues are Done. This is flagged as a blocked-done-conflict (F-18) — PM/TPM should confirm whether the initiative is substantively complete (mark it) or identify remaining work. If QA Tasks 2-5 were done informally, the initiative may be 100%.
