Qontak One Team Migration — Status 2026-07-20

Summary​

The original 15.5-day slice retains its 12.5-day corroborated baseline, but new requirements reopen the initiative: General must contain all existing users and automatically receive future users, and Launchpad must trigger migration through private Chat/CRM endpoints. This added work is unsized and does not change the recorded 81% baseline into a new aggregate percentage.

Current evidence​

  • BIF-8864/BIF-8865/BIF-8866 are In Deployment; BIF-8911 is To Do on Izzul.
  • BIF-8795 remains Waiting Confirmation, so Yoddi will validate General-team creation and membership on a newly created CID.
  • The Sprint 2 Jira pull contains no BIF-8642 items. The plan therefore records a coverage gap until the intended work is added to the board.

Next​

  • Grehasta implements the Launchpad trigger and confirms the Chat/CRM private endpoint contracts.
  • Backfill every existing user idempotently and add every future user automatically.
  • Estimate the added backend and QA work before recomputing total effort or progress.
