Summary​

Written up from sprint-resync pass 5 (2026-07-15) reconciling Bifrost Sprint 1 (21367) against Jira. Health stays at-risk — the standing external-contract and FE-overcommitment risks from 2026-06-30 are unchanged. First real BE progress this pass: Task 2.1 (migration) is Done and code-corroborated, moving progress 0% → 3% (0.5 / 17.5 md).

Highlights​

  • Task 2.1 (BIF-8790) done and merged to hub-core, PR #8007 (sha 9581b9ebe0) — 0.5 BE-days of the 17.5 md total.
  • A9's ~0.5 md FE preemption (recorded 2026-07-14) has since cleared; Self-Subs' FE work resumes per that entry's note.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • 🟡 Board-hygiene question — Tasks 2.3 and 2.4 read Won't Fix but carry real code traces. BIF-8803 (Task 2.3) is resolved Won't Fix yet has an unmerged branch (hub-core:origin/BIF-8803-be-hub-core-task-2-3-selfsubscriptions-initiate-in); BIF-8804 (Task 2.4) is also Won't Fix with no code trace at all. Both are excluded from this progress figure (Won't Fix ≠ shipped) regardless. Worth confirming with Grehasta/TPM whether this work was redirected into a different ticket — two other issues (BIF-8791, BIF-8802) both claim "Task 2.2" under different repos, suggesting some task-id renumbering/duplication may have happened without updating the breakdown.
  • Standing risks unchanged from 2026-06-30: Mekari Billing / Mekari Pay / moderator-be external contracts still open; Syafrizal M. (FE) still over capacity.
