Self Top-up Improvement — Status 2026-07-09

Delivery / Program Management — periodic status report.

First status entry for this initiative — back-filled to give the 90% as-built progress its canonical status/ home (the burnup series). Progress previously lived only in the README cache; this establishes the dated time-series it mirrors.

Summary​

Build is materially complete (~90%, 19.9 / 22 md) and the initiative sits at Commit on the readiness dashboard. Health on-track: only the QA E2E ticket remains, comfortably inside the ~2-month runway to the 2026-08-31 revenue commitment.

Highlights​

  • As-built reconciliation (Jira-verified 2026-07-01) confirmed Phase 1 (UI) + Phase 2 (API) shipped across hub-chat-v2 / hub-core / hub-service / qontak-billing / moderator-be — the FE 12.5 md and BE 5 md are already spent, not Q3-forward work.
  • PO sign-off complete — 10 of 10 Stories (BIF-7869–7878) resolved Done in Jira.
  • Epic BIF-7797 moved To Do → In Progress on the board; 26Q3 deprio lift confirmed (see ../decisions/0001-lift-bif-7797-deprio-confirm-26q3.md).

Lowlights & blockers​

  • No blockers. The only open work is QA E2E BIF-8382 (In Testing, ~2 md), owned by Yoddi / Izzul — no capacity concern.

Risk & dependency changes​

  • Conditional STP-S04 paid_pi contract-end-date BE fix (+1.5 md) — pulled in only if the E2E surfaces the gap; not currently scheduled.
  • Doc/linkage fixes 3 of 4 done in prds/self-topup.md (Epic → BIF-7797, RFC link, BIF-8175 cell); optional scope-addition note still open (~0.1 md).

Metrics​

  • Progress: 19.9 / 22 md (90%) — unchanged since the 2026-07-01 as-built reconciliation; no regression, remaining work is QA-gated not build-gated.
  • Throughput this period: 0 md (all forward build already spent pre-reconciliation; period work is QA E2E in flight on BIF-8382).
  • Forecast: p50/p85 gated solely on BIF-8382 finishing; well within the runway to the 2026-08-31 commitment (README forecast_basis carries the detail).
