Timeline forecast filed (initiative-timeline-mapper, 2026-07-23). Self Top-up is tight, not safe against its commitment_date: 2026-08-31: p50 2026-08-27 fits, p85 2026-09-10 misses by ~7 workdays. This report does not restate progress — the 90% figure remains the last evidenced burnup reading (see status 2026-07-20).

Forecast risk​

  • Dev is materially as-built; the risk is the QA gate, not build. The remaining work is the ~2 md E2E retest (Yoddi; BIF-8943 after BIF-8844/BIF-8845 land — see status 2026-07-20), a Lane-B human gate with no automation substitute.

  • Why p85 slips. That E2E slot sits behind Deduction V2's QA in Yoddi's single serial QA lane. Under systemic slip (p85), Deduction V2's QA runs long and pushes the Self Top-up retest past 08-31 — the date is lost on QA-queue contention, not on Self Top-up's own effort.

Decision required​

To protect 08-31, sequence the Self Top-up E2E retest ahead of lower-priority QA in Yoddi's queue once BIF-8844/BIF-8845 are Done, or route it to Izzul if his ~1 md of headroom allows — a scheduling call, not a staffing or scope one.
