Communication Consent — Meta Marketing Opt-in/out (CDP)
Display each customer's marketing opt-in/out per phone number × Meta account-channel on the CDP Customer Detail page (Communication consent tab → META services). Builds on the Q2 contact-service consent pipeline (Kafka send_marketing_opt_in → chat_data). Read-only this phase. WhatsApp-call consent and Email consent are out of scope.
