Summary​

First real progress against the 8.5 known man-days baselined 2026-07-01: Hendry's QA test-case slice (TF-3490, Lane C) is Done in sprint 21382, landing 1.5 of the 8.5 known days (18%). The three FE integration-test tasks (TF-3399/3400/3401, Azani) are actively in flight but not yet Done, so they are not credited yet. Still at risk against the 2026-07-21 revenue commitment — one QA slice landing does not resolve the remaining FE runway.

Highlights​

  • QA test-case writing complete (Hendry, TF-3490, Done). 1.5 confirmed QA days landed.
  • FE integration-test work is moving: TF-3399 (SegmentStore tests) is In Testing, TF-3400 (SegmentListPage tests) and TF-3401 (reachability fields) are In Progress — none Done yet.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Data and Design man-days remain unscoped — unchanged from 2026-07-01.
  • Only ~11 days remain to the 2026-07-21 commitment; the 3 FE days (TF-3399/3400/3401) need to land Done this week to keep pace, given TF-3401 depends on TF-3400's spec file.

Risk & dependency changes​

  • No change from 2026-07-01 — the shared-BE-owner risk vs. Legacy Migration Activity Logs remains resolved on capacity.
