Summary​

FE integration-test work landed: Task 2.1 (TF-3399, SegmentStore tests, FE 1.0d) and Task 2.2 (TF-3400, SegmentListPage tests, FE 1.5d) are Done and code-corroborated — 4.0 of the 8.5 known man-days (47%, up from 18% on 2026-07-10). But the final FE task, TF-3401 (Task 2.3, reachability fields), has moved to Blocked (OQ-FE-2: BE GET /v1/segments/:id/detail with percentage_reach/reachability not yet delivered) with the 2026-07-21 revenue commitment 4 days out — health stays at-risk.

Highlights​

  • TF-3399 Done (Task 2.1, Azani) — merged: qontak-customer-fe PR #454 (39973b9).
  • TF-3400 Done (Task 2.2, Azani) — merged: qontak-customer-fe PR #457 (6836122).
  • Five BE datamart-hardening items under this Epic are also Done and code-corroborated (TF-3507/3508/3511 + new TF-3518/3519, Julio Jeffer) — not credited as man-days: they have no task-id join to the FE breakdown and are unpriced (sprint finding F-8, scope-watch).

Lowlights & blockers​

  • TF-3401 (Task 2.3) is Blocked on OQ-FE-2 — the only remaining priced FE task (0.5d) for the 07-21 commitment. Needs a BE call: ship the detail endpoint fields or accept the task-breakdown's optional-field graceful degradation as the commitment-day state.
  • Data and Design man-days remain unscoped — effort_total_days still TBD (8.5 known).
  • F-8 unresolved: the datamart-hardening scope (now 5 done items, up from 3) has silently grown the P1 initiative without retro-costing.

Metrics​

  • Progress: 4.0 / 8.5 known man-days (47%) — up from 18% on 2026-07-10.
  • Throughput this period: 2.5 FE days (TF-3399, TF-3400).
  • Evidence: board Done in sprint 21382 + merged code (qontak-customer-fe PR #454 for TF-3399, PR #457 for TF-3400); TF-3490 (QA, 1.5d) carried from 2026-07-10.

Next period​

  • Resolve TF-3401's OQ-FE-2 block before 2026-07-21, or record the degraded-ship decision.
  • DRI: retro-cost or declare out-of-band the 5 datamart-hardening items (F-8).
