Progress — TF-3401 done + corroborated; burnup recompute routed to DRI​

At the 2026-07-21 close, TF-3401 (Task 2.3 — Wire reachability fields) was READY TO DEPLOY, not Done, and was the last priced FE task on the 07-28 critical path (Sprint 2 blocker #1, shown "Blocked" in the plan). It is now Done and code-corroborated — merged in qontak-customer-fe PR #469 (8b335f6, branch TF-3401-fe-wire-reachability-fields). This clears the plan's blocker #1.

The burnup is NOT recomputed in this entry — it needs a DRI pass. The carried baseline of progress_done_days: 4 appears to be BE-only (README effort_backend_days: 4; the 2026-07-21 note ties the 4 to BE buffer-bugfixing). If so, the already-done, code-corroborated FE Tasks 2.1/2.2 (TF-3399/TF-3400, 2.5 FE days, Done since 2026-07-15) are also not in the 4 — so patching in one task's effort (TF-3401) would be method-inconsistent and produce a meaningless number.

  • Decision needed (owner: DRI): recompute the Segmentation burnup on a single consistent basis — either sum-of-done-corroborated-effort (which would now include BE 4 + FE Tasks 2.1/2.2/2.3 = all three FE tasks done), or state the baseline's actual basis and apply TF-3401 within it.
  • Health: held at-risk; on-track proposed — the primary risk (last FE task blocked, 7 days to deadline) is resolved, but the flip should accompany the DRI recompute.
  • Figures carried unchanged (4 / 47%) until that recompute.

Scope watch — F-8 (ESCALATED, 3rd pass): datamart hardening un-retro-costed​

The datamart-hardening set TF-3507 / TF-3508 / TF-3511 is now all Done. Whether these are in-scope P1 hardening (to be retro-cost into the breakdown) or silent scope-growth on the protected 07-28 commitment is still unconfirmed across three passes.

  • Decision needed (owner: DRI): confirm the hardening set is in-scope and retro-cost it into the Segmentation task-breakdown, or record it as added scope. The pass-11 note also flags the set grew to 6 done unpriced items (+TF-3537) — reconcile the full set, not just these three.
  • F-8 closes on the next sprint-drift-audit pass once the breakdown/effort reflects the decision.
