Jira reconciliation — recheck (2026-07-16, pass 9)​

Ninth pass — same day as pass 8, triggered by the TPM reporting a direct Jira fix: TF-3521 has been renamed. No new sprint:reconcile digest pull; this pass only re-verifies the one open sub-item pass 8 deferred.

Verification: direct getJiraIssue lookup on TF-3521 confirms summary is now "26Q3 CDP - QA Automation Coverage & Deployment Support" — up from "26Q3 CDP - QA DORA" at pass 8. This now matches the descriptive label the 2026-07-16 Sprint 2 doc already used ("QA BAU — Automation Coverage & Deployment Support"), closing the docs-vs-Jira naming gap pass 8 flagged as deferred (no rename needed on the repo's side; the TPM aligned Jira to the doc instead of the reverse).

F-16 naming sub-item: ⛔ RESOLVED pass 9. The wiring gap itself (TF-3524 off-map, fixed pass 8 via the Deviations entry) is unaffected by this — only the "TF-3521's actual name doesn't match the docs" sub-item closes here.

Fixed this pass:

  • Sprint 1 doc's Deviations bullet: dropped the stale "26Q3 CDP - QA DORA" quote, noted the rename.
  • Ledger F-16: naming sub-item marked resolved, still-open item (dedicated initiative folder/roadmap row, pending volume) restated as the sole remaining open piece.
  • cdp/delivery/sprints/2026-07-21-sprint-02.md: the two verbatim-quoted (backtick) citations of TF-3521's Jira title updated from `QA BAU — Automation Coverage & Deployment Support` to the actual `26Q3 CDP - QA Automation Coverage & Deployment Support` — those two were presented as literal Jira quotes, so they get the exact string; the plain-prose/table-label uses of "QA BAU — Automation Coverage & Deployment Support" as a readable shorthand initiative name are left as-is (same convention as other Epics' shorthand names not matching their Jira title verbatim, e.g. "Customer Segmentation" for TF-2544).
