CSAT survey on CDP index page — QA CID exclusion list

Context​

Zhelia Alifa is planning to add a Jimo CSAT survey to the CDP index page this week and asked Gregorius Hendry and Muhammad Izzul which QA CIDs should be excluded (staging and prod) to avoid the survey potentially blocking test automation.

Notes​

  • Gregorius Hendry shared the CIDs to exclude:
    • Staging automation account: 407447
    • Staging manual testing account: 808453
    • Prod automation account: 229110
    • Prod manual testing account: 578017
  • Muhammad Izzul confirmed the prod accounts were also needed, not just staging.
  • Zhelia confirmed these four as the exclusion set.

Decisions / changes​

  • Exclude CIDs 407447, 808453 (staging) and 229110, 578017 (prod) from the CDP index page CSAT survey so it doesn't block QA automation or manual testing.
