Summary​

First dated status report for this initiative (previously unfiled). No commitment date and no build has started yet (Backlog), but the RFC was synced to PRD v2.6 and re-reviewed (R2, 2026-06-30) since the last delivery-layer refresh, growing effort +5.5 days (27 → 32.5) — mostly FE.

Highlights​

  • RFC review R2 (2026-06-30): 8.5/10, Agentic-Ready, verdict PROCEED for the core pipeline (EXP-S01–S07, S09); EXP-S08 stays specified-but-not-buildable (OQ-17, Should-Have only).
  • Effort refreshed: BE 15 (Ghozi, unchanged) / FE 7.5 (was 3.5) / Mobile 5 (Alfi, unchanged) / QA 5 (was 3.5) = 32.5 total (was 27), driven by v2.6 chunks 18–21 (timezone formatting, first_10k shortcut, right-panel completion).

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Unchanged dependency set: Billing/IAG + Chat/Omnichannel (🔴, OQ-17, non-core only), One Notification Team (🟡, OQ-10), Alibaba OSS / CDP Infra (🟡, OQ-4), optional Mobile tap-through (🟡, OQ-12, non-blocking).
  • New from R2: timezone value format ambiguity (OQ-20, major) and Source enum gap (OQ-21, minor) need confirmation before chunks 18/21.

Risk & dependency changes​

  • Forecast p85 pushed ~1 week (2026-09-11 → 2026-09-19, timeline-mapper 2026-07-01) as the +4 FE days land behind Jovi's existing P1 queue. No commitment date on this initiative, so the slip does not yet threaten a hard deadline — but it compresses buffer against the 2026-09-30 quarter end and should be re-confirmed once Jovi's Create-Ticket-web Task 1 (1.5 FE days) is also slotted.
