Summary​

Ghozi's whole BE chain cleared the testing lane: Tasks 2.1–2.5 (TF-3284–3288 — foundation, serializers, email/notification client, export consumer, handler/routes) are Done and code-corroborated — 11.5 of 32.5 man-days (35%), up from 0%. Board: 14 of 18 sprint issues done, 4 WIP (3 Ready to Test, 1 Blocked). Health on-track; forecast p85 2026-09-19 unchanged.

Highlights​

  • BE Tasks 2.1–2.5 (11.5d) merged to contact-service default — the initiative's first credited progress.
  • TF-3375 (Mobile tap-through routing) Done — maps to the roadmap's 5 Mobile days but has no breakdown row; flagged for retro-cost, uncredited.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • F-19: TF-3429/TF-3430 (CHAT report-page FE) are board-Done with code only on unmerged branches — 0-credited until merged. Jovi/TPM: merge or revert board status.
  • F-21 (scope-watch): 5 done issues sit outside the 26-day breakdown (TF-3525 "Task 1.5", net-new APIs TF-3538/3542/3547, TF-3512 drawer expose) — scope has grown without retro-costing; DRI call needed (same shape as Segmentation's F-8).
