Task 2 (contact finder FindOneByCrmDataID, CALM-S01/S03 — TF-3465) is Done and code-corroborated: merged contact-service PR #861 (3a6be927). 2.0 of 24.5 known CDP-side man-days (8%, up from 4% on 2026-07-13). Tasks 3–9 still have no board items (sprint finding F-1), and the Stage-0 CRM DSN/query-plan gate still blocks any run — health stays at-risk.
