Summary​

At risk: the 2026-07-14 revenue commitment is not achievable at full scope. The initiative is the squad's P1 and fully estimated (30.5 md), but it starts the quarter at 0% and the mandatory BE-first dark deploy (10 BE-days ≈ 2 weeks) plus mobile/FE/QA and two external gates push the realistic finish to early–mid August — a ~3–4 week miss against the date.

Highlights​

  • RFC R3 (2026-06-22) is Agentic-Ready, verdict PROCEED; the notification-service contract is verified and 9/10 chunks are unblocked for build.
  • Effort confirmed: BE 10 (Berlianto), FE 6 (Jovi), Mobile 10 (Alfi), QA 4.5 (Hendry) = 30.5 md.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Scope-vs-date conflict (priority/deadline inconsistency). The roadmap names this P1 with first claim on capacity, yet its commitment_date: 2026-07-14 is the earliest and least achievable of the squad's five revenue dates. Honouring "P1 first" still misses 07-14 — derived forecast_p50: 2026-08-05 / p85: 2026-08-14. Leadership decision required: cut to a shippable slice (e.g. BE + mobile dark-deploy, defer the web composer that waits on Figma) or move the date.
  • Design (🔴, OQ-14) — owner: Design System; web Figma frames for the typeahead picker + chip gate the web composer (§4.D chunk 7); no committed date.
  • Infosec (🟡) — bluemonday allow-list + lock-screen PII egress ack required before GA.
