Summary​

Still at risk against the 2026-07-14 revenue commitment, and the gap widened today: Jovi confirmed FE effort at 9.5 days (was 6), adding 3.5 days to the BE-first critical path. The realistic finish moves from early-mid August to mid-August, now a ~4-week miss against the date rather than ~3 weeks.

Highlights​

  • Effort re-confirmed and grown: BE 10 (Berlianto), FE 9.5 (Jovi, confirmed — was 6), Mobile 10 (Alfi), QA 4.5 (Hendry) = 34 md (was 30.5).
  • No change to RFC readiness (still Agentic-Ready, 9/10 chunks unblocked) — this is a pure effort-sizing update, not a new technical finding.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Scope-vs-date conflict deepens. Derived forecast_p50: 2026-08-10 / p85: 2026-08-19 (was 08-05/08-14) — the leadership decision already flagged (cut to a shippable slice vs. move the date) is now more urgent, since the gap grew rather than closed.
  • Design (🔴, OQ-14) and Infosec (🟡) gates unchanged from 2026-06-30.
  • Downstream effect: P4 (Legacy Migration: CRM Notes → CDP) depends on this initiative shipping first; P4's own 08-04 commitment was already unachievable against the old forecast and is now further out of reach. See cdp/delivery/roadmap.md ## Program-level risks.

Risk & dependency changes​

  • Escalated (timeline-mapper, 2026-07-01): the FE effort growth is a real re-estimate, not noise — Jovi's confirmed number reflects work also has to interleave with his commitments on Export Customer Data and Create Ticket's web track (both now also confirmed). Tracked on cdp/delivery/roadmap.md ## Program-level risks (newly added — this initiative's date-miss was previously visible only in its own README, not rolled up as a Program-level risk).
