Summary​

First progress against the 34 md baselined 2026-07-01: Hendry's QA test-case slice (TF-3489) is Done, landing 4.5 of 34 known days (13%). Still at risk against the 2026-07-14 revenue commitment and the derived forecast (p50 2026-08-10 / p85 2026-08-19) is unchanged — a QA slice landing does not move BE/FE critical-path dates.

Highlights​
