Summary​

The BE critical path finally moved: Tasks 2.1–2.3 (note doc model, mention parser, sanitizer — TF-3325/3326/3327) are Done and code-corroborated in one merged contact-service PR, and Jovi's FE wiring Tasks 2.7/2.8 (TF-3331/3382) are Done with merged qontak-customer-fe PRs. 11.0 of 34 known man-days (32%, up from 13% on 2026-07-10). Remaining BE (2.4 Ready to Merged, 2.5 Ready to Test, 2.6 In Progress) is the runway to the 2026-08-14 revenue date — health stays at-risk but trending better.

  • BE Tasks 2.1/2.2/2.3 Done (Berlianto, TF-3325/3326/3327) — merged: contact-service PR #860 (df04e07a). 4.0 BE days.
  • FE Tasks 2.7/2.8 Done (Jovi, TF-3331/3382) — merged: qontak-customer-fe PR #458/#463 (TF-3331) and PR #460/#462 (TF-3382). 2.5 FE days.
  • BE 2.4 (TF-3328) is Ready to Merged, 2.5 (TF-3329) Ready to Test, 2.6 (TF-3330) In Progress — the whole BE chain is now in flight.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Phase-1 FE tasks (1.1–1.4, 7.0 FE days) have no board issues — yet the Phase-2 wiring that builds on them is Done. De facto they are complete, but capture-doesn't-estimate forbids crediting days with no board+code join. DRI/TPM: file or backfill the Phase-1 items so ~7 FE days of real progress stops being invisible.
  • 6 Mobile Done items (TF-3290–3294, TF-3506) remain 0-credited — Mobile is outside the task-breakdown's declared scope (sprint finding F-7, escalated): retro-cost or declare out-of-band.
  • TF-3292/TF-3293 (Mobile verify/validate tasks) have no code trace — plausibly code-free verification tasks, but unstated; part of the F-7 call.

  • Progress: 11.0 / 34 man-days (32%) — up from 13% on 2026-07-10.
  • Throughput this period: 6.5 days (BE 4.0 + FE 2.5).
  • Forecast: p50 2026-08-10 / p85 2026-08-19 (judgment, unchanged) — the BE chain landing 2.4–2.6 next period is what would pull p50 in.

Next period​

  • Land BE 2.4–2.6 (5.5 BE days remaining known BE scope) — the 08-14 critical path.
  • Resolve F-7 (Mobile scope) and the Phase-1 FE board gap so the burnup reflects reality.
