Summary​

The full BE chain is now shipped: Tasks 2.4 (TF-3328, active-user validation, 0.5d), 2.5 (TF-3329, wire into create/update, 3.0d) and 2.6 (TF-3330, async notify job, 3.0d) landed Done and code-corroborated — 17.5 of 34 man-days (51%), up from 32% on 2026-07-17. On the board 16 of 17 sprint issues are done; only TF-3509 (deleted-user fallback display, FE) is still Ready to Test. Health on-track for the 2026-08-14 commitment.

Highlights​

  • BE Tasks 2.1–2.6 all Done and merged (contact-service, engine code:evidence corroborated).
  • FE integration (Tasks 2.7/2.8) and 7 Mobile items done (Mobile uncredited — F-7).

Lowlights & blockers​

  • F-17 (escalated): FE Phase-1 tasks 1.1–1.4 (~7 FE days) have no board issues while the Phase-2 work built on them is Done — the 51% burnup understates real progress (≈72% if Phase 1 were credited). TPM/Jovi to backfill via sprint-jira-sync.
  • F-7 (escalated, 4th recheck): 7 done Mobile items remain unpriced/uncredited — DRI/PM retro-cost decision still pending.

Metrics​

  • Progress: 17.5 / 34 man-days (51%) — up from 32% on 2026-07-17.
  • Throughput this period: 6.5 BE days (TF-3328, TF-3329, TF-3330).
  • Evidence: board Done in sprint 21382 + merged code in contact-service (engine corroboration, 13/16 done issues; the 3 uncorroborated are code-free QA/Mobile-verify tasks).

Next period​

  • Backfill FE Phase-1 board items (F-17), then recompute burnup.
  • Resolve the Mobile retro-cost call (F-7).
  • Land TF-3509, then QA gate toward the 2026-08-14 commitment.
