Scope risk — F-7 (ESCALATED, 3rd pass): TF-3506 un-retro-costed
TF-3506 ([Mobile] Add pagination to CDP member list picker) is Done on the board but was
built outside the Mention-User task-breakdown's declared scope. It has been flagged for a
retro-cost decision across Sprint 1 pass-07 and pass-11 and again in Sprint 2
pass-01 — three
passes with no resolution.
- Decision needed (owner: DRI / PM): either retro-cost TF-3506 into the Mention-User breakdown (so the effort total and burnup reflect work that actually shipped), or declare it out-of-band (an explicitly un-costed extra, excluded from the initiative's man-day accounting).
- Why it matters: until decided, the Mention-User
effort_total_daysand its 51% burnup are known to omit shipped work, so the completion percentage is not fully trustworthy. - Code-evidence note: no code join was attempted — TF-3506 is already Done and the open item is
a scope decision, not corroboration. (

F-7 closes on the next sprint-drift-audit pass once this decision is recorded (here or in a
