At risk against the 2026-08-18 revenue commitment. The in-repo BE/FE/Mobile chunks are implementation-ready against the pinned §2.4 contract, but flag-ON GA is gated on Launchpad delivering work that is not yet committed — so the deadline is exposed to a dependency this squad does not own.

Highlights​

  • RFC R2 (2026-06-18) is Agentic-Ready, verdict PROCEED; all in-repo chunks are executable.
  • Effort partially confirmed: BE (Ghozi, 10d), FE (Azani, 10d), Mobile (Alfi, 10d) = 30d so far; Design/QA man-days still pending.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Launchpad dependency (🔴, GA blocker) — owner: Launchpad; ask: ship the teams-for-user (+descendants) endpoint to the §2.4 contract and the team radio in permission settings UI (CHG-001) before flag-ON GA. Radio ownership is ambiguous (Launchpad vs Admin Portal) and needs confirming.
  • Mobile module (🔴) — owner: Mobile Squad; ask: render the Team Owner field + per-note permission flags.
  • Legacy→Launchpad team-name crosswalk (🔴) — owner: Launchpad + CDP; needs building for the migration step.
