Summary​

initiative-timeline-mapper ran in squad mode (2026-07-14) across the four DRI-sized Chatbot initiatives to produce week-level forecasts. This initiative (P2 in the roadmap Priority table) is at-risk, not because its own 33.5 md is unrealistic, but because two independent risks stack on its single FE owner's critical path. It is still projected to land inside 2026-Q3 at both p50 and p85, but with materially less margin than P1.

Highlights​

  • Task breakdown exists and is DRI-effort-confirmed: 33.5 md (FE 15.5 · BE 10 · QA 8), as-of 2026-07-08.
  • BE (Agus) and FE Phase-1-mocked work can both start immediately — Phase 1 FE needs no BE dependency and can use placeholder constants for the still-open OQ-1/OQ-2.

Lowlights & blockers​

  • Real bottleneck: Baghiz Firdausa is the sole FE owner for both this initiative (15.5 md) and AI Agent Testing (13 md, P3), serialized. Per the active Sprint 1 queue (delivery/sprints/2026-07-13-sprint-01.md), Baghiz's queue currently has an unsized Google Calendar (Native Integration, P9) commitment ahead of this initiative. The p50/p85 above assume that work closes by Sprint 1's end (2026-07-27) as its own outcome target states — if it runs long, this forecast slides 1:1.
  • External, no committed date: the BE correctness work (aggregator, forecast algorithm) and the final QA correctness pass both depend on Data/BI's per-organization activity-log datamart, which has no committed delivery date from Data/BI.
  • qa_lane is not yet classified for this initiative (its siblings are Lane B) — flag for qa-lane-advisor.

Risk & dependency changes​

  • New this period: forecast dates now recorded (see frontmatter). p85 (2026-09-18) carries roughly a 3-week buffer over p50 specifically for the two stacked risks above, not general estimating slack.

  • Confirm Google Calendar's remaining Baghiz/Agus effort size and whether it truly closes by 2026-07-27 — this single fact determines whether this forecast holds.
