Dependencies & gates
- REV-5 (PM+eng division-scoping sign-off) gates Task 2.1 (migration) and Task 2.3 (create-contract extension) — schema/guard changes encode the product decision.
- REV-2 (Figma frames: division-first multiselect, 15-cap, tooltip, status states) gates Task 2.6 (real FE wiring) and any visual form work.
- REV-3 (Data & AI training-status webhook contract) and REV-4 (Data & AI masking SLA) are external gates, both due 2026-07-15 per the PRD's open questions; neither blocks the chatbot-owned tasks above.
- Task 2.5 (daily sync worker) depends on Task 2.3 landing first (see task-breakdown ordering rationale).
