AI Agent support scope for Conversation History — V2 (autonomous) only

Context​

Baghiz Firdausa asked Dimas Fauzi Hidayat to clarify AI Agent version scope for the Conversation History knowledge source feature. The PRD covers implementation in both the global Knowledge Source and the AI Agent's Capabilities tab (referencing the qontak-designer repo UI). The open question: does "AI Agent" support mean only V2 (autonomous) agents, or also V1?

Notes​

  • Baghiz Firdausa: asked whether AI Agent support for Conversation History is only V2 (autonomous), or also V1 — noting the PRD/prototype seems to reference the Capabilities tab from qontak-designer. Also asked, if V1 is in scope, for a prototype to visualize it. cc Eko Aprianto.
  • Dimas Fauzi Hidayat: confirmed V2 (autonomous) only — "biar kesana semua toh kan bakalan kesana juga" (steer everyone toward V2 since that's the direction anyway).

Decisions / changes​

  • Conversation History AI Agent support scope is V2 (autonomous) only — V1 is out of scope, no V1 prototype needed. Decided by Dimas Fauzi Hidayat, 2026-07-27.

Follow-ups​

  • Confirm the PRD (prds/conversation-history.md) and/or RFC explicitly scope AI Agent support to V2 (autonomous) only, and update if it currently reads as version-agnostic — owner TBD.
