Summary

FE Phase-1 (mocked UI) is complete and merged: breakdown Tasks 1.1–1.4 (12.5 of 24.5 md, 51%), all board-Done 2026-07-16 and code-corroborated. Well ahead of the 2026-08-02 FE dev-complete projection.

• Progress: 12.5 / 24.5 man-days (51%) — breakdown Tasks 1.1 (3.5) + 1.2 (3.5) + 1.3 (4) + 1.4 (1.5), joined from board Story BOT-4574 + Tasks BOT-4579–4586 (all Done 2026-07-16). Code evidence: chatbot-fe origin/main merges PR #1546 + PR #1548 (feature/BOT-4574-refine-rail); deliverables present on main (RefinePanel.vue, RefineOptionCard.vue, useRefineAgent.ts, tests/e2e/bot-automation/refine-happy-path.spec.ts).
• Not counted (unjoinable — DRI to confirm): BOT-4594 [BE] Endpoint refine skill pack, Done + merged (chatbot PR #2382) but carries no breakdown task token; candidate match is Tasks 2.3/2.4/2.5 (up to +5 md). BOT-4651 / BOT-4689 (merged polish items) have no breakdown rows — 0 md by convention.

• Forecast: p50 2026-08-04 · p85 2026-08-18 unchanged (basis: judgment); FE finishing ~2 weeks early adds slack but BE Tasks 2.1–2.5 remain the open path (BOT-4608 Task 2.2 still To Do) and OQ-1a (upstream exposure, Task 2.7) is still the external unknown.
