- DSAI structured
guardrailsarray (AI-service setup-agent contract) gates Phase 2 Refine's guardrail coverage — Refine cannot split the merged guidance string back into fields, so draft-skill-pack and Refine leave guardrails unpopulated. DSAI committed 2026-07-21 to pick it up; target date TBD. See thread note. - Migration + re-testing of existing setup agents (extract guardrail vs guidance) rides on the same DSAI change and carries Qontak QA impact; owner DSAI, unscheduled.

Phase 1 — New Engine Migration (26Q2)

Phase 3 — Migrate Existing (Internal) Configurations (TBD)
- Migration plan moving agents already configured internally on the legacy Tree-Diagram config onto the new engine + new config model.
- Blocked: Engineering + Data/ML team must provide migration inventory + mapping data (anchor OQ-1). Phase-3 PRD not yet written.
Phase 4 — New-Configuration Iteration (TBD)
- Iterate the new config from the Design Validation research (15 IDIs): visual Logic Map, terminology overhaul, Milestone/Routing fixes, inline validation, snippets.
- Blocked: PM + Design must decide which P1 research items ship first (anchor OQ-2). Phase-4 PRD not yet written.

Notes
- The production deploy on 2026-06-23 (sandbox-gated) shipped core List / Create / Config / Actions / Generate flows, QA-passed. KB attach (AAA-S02) and Shared Resources / preview rail (AAA-S04 / S09) are the main gaps before Pilot — in addition to the runtime-error hard gate above.
- The spec-vs-code reconciliation (due 2026-07-15) is advisory-only and does not block the sandbox-gated production deploy, but must be resolved before Pilot — the PRD body (S5/S7/S9/S14) currently describes V3 routes and a no-delete constraint that the shipped V2 code does not match.
- Shared Resources / KB (AAA-S09) may be deferred to the AI Agent Knowledge sibling initiative
(anchor OQ-4, decision due 2026-07-15). If deferred, the Phase-1 scope shrinks and the Pilot can
proceed without
/bot-automation/resources. - No
commitment_dateon the README —target_quarter: 2026-Q3is the soft planning window (retargeted from 2026-Q2 on 2026-07-22 — sandbox deploy shipped in Q2; Pilot + GA carry into Q3). The sandbox-gated production deploy has already shipped; Pilot and Controlled GA dates depend on the runtime-error blocker being resolved, plus spec reconciliation + KB decision.
