Phase 1 — New Engine Migration (26Q2)

Actions, coexisting with the legacy

- Remaining: KB endpoints (BOT-4333, BOT-4337), Shared Resources/preview rail (AAA-S04/S09), action-validation deploy (BOT-4357), spec reconciliation (due 2026-07-15).
- Gate to Pilot: spec reconciliation complete + KB endpoints assigned or formally deferred.
Phase 2 — Migrate Existing (Internal) Configurations (TBD)
- Migration plan moving agents already configured internally on the legacy Tree-Diagram config onto the new engine + new config model.
- Blocked: Engineering + Data/ML team must provide migration inventory + mapping data (anchor OQ-1). Phase-2 PRD not yet written.
Phase 3 — New-Configuration Iteration (TBD)
- Iterate the new config from the Design Validation research (15 IDIs): visual Logic Map, terminology overhaul, Milestone/Routing fixes, inline validation, snippets.
- Blocked: PM + Design must decide which P1 research items ship first (anchor OQ-2). Phase-3 PRD not yet written.

Notes
- The Internal Alpha milestone was reached on 2026-06-24 with core List / Create / Config / Actions / Generate flows shipped and QA-passed. KB attach (AAA-S02) and Shared Resources / preview rail (AAA-S04 / S09) are the main gaps before Pilot.
- The spec-vs-code reconciliation (due 2026-07-15) is advisory-only and does not block the Internal Alpha, but must be resolved before Pilot — the PRD body (S5/S7/S9/S14) currently describes V3 routes and a no-delete constraint that the shipped V2 code does not match.
- Shared Resources / KB (AAA-S09) may be deferred to the AI Agent Knowledge sibling initiative
(anchor OQ-4, decision due 2026-07-15). If deferred, the Phase-1 scope shrinks and the Pilot can
proceed without
/bot-automation/resources. - No
commitment_dateon the README —target_quarter: 2026-Q2is the soft planning window. Internal Alpha already shipped; Pilot and Controlled GA dates depend on spec reconciliation + KB decision.
