Sprint 01 reconciliation — pass 10 (2026-07-24)

Targeted follow-up for Farras Herdicho's internal-tooling Tasks BOT-4655 and BOT-4656.

Confirmed Jira correction​

  • Created Story BOT-4742, Internal Tooling Improvement, under Code Readiness Epic BOT-4500.
  • Reparented BOT-4655 and BOT-4656 from AI Agent Knowledge Epic BOT-3992 to BOT-4500.
  • Added correctly directed Work item split links: each Task reads split from BOT-4742, and BOT-4742 reads split to both Tasks.
  • The pre-existing, incorrect split links from both Tasks to BOT-3993 remain. They require manual removal by the Jira board owner.

Findings​

  • F-34 epic-wiring-drift — RESOLVED: parent and owning-Story alignment now point to Code Readiness / Internal Tooling.
  • F-27 code-evidence-gap — STILL OPEN: both Tasks remain Done with no verified chatbot/chatbot-fe code trace. This finding is now attributed to Code Readiness / Internal Tooling, not AI Agent Knowledge.

Repository propagation​

  • Removed Farras from AI Agent Knowledge implementors in the initiative README and roadmap.
  • Moved Farras's unsized BOT-4655/BOT-4656 allocation in capacity.md from AI Agent Knowledge to Code Readiness / Internal Tooling.
  • Updated the sprint's live findings and resolved ledger.
