Summary​

CRM Deals Custom Fields (child Epic BOT-4662) BE execution is nearly complete: 4 of 6 breakdown man-days corroborated done (Tasks 3/4/5 merged; Task 1 Won't Fix). progress_* stays 0 because the README effort_* baseline is still TBD (umbrella initiative, no aggregate sizing) — no percentage is computable; the evidence is recorded here so nothing is lost.

Metrics​

  • BE (breakdown crm-actions-custom-fields.task-breakdown.md, 6 md total): Done + code-corroborated on chatbot origin/master — Task 3 BOT-4670 (PR #2394, 1.5 md), Task 4 BOT-4671 (PR #2397, 2 md), Task 5 BOT-4672 (PR #2395, 0.5 md) = 4 md. Task 1 BOT-4668 Won't Fix (0.5 md descoped — DRI to confirm).
