CRM Custom Fields for Qontak Action reached General Availability today, so the feature is no longer limited to a subset of accounts.

Notes​

  • As of 2026-07-27 CRM Custom Fields is rolled out to all clients/users (General Availability).

  • Rollout scope moved from limited/partial to all clients/users — 2026-07-27.

Follow-ups​

  • Reflect the GA rollout in the initiative README status/progress and the 2026-07-27 delivery status.
  • Add a PRD changelog entry noting the GA rollout date (PRD v1.5).
  • Record the implementation release anchors: Chatbot BE 1.324.0 and Hadiningbot FE 3.8.3.
