Clarifies the readiness and dependency boundary for the unified agent scorecard, so development is not held back waiting on the BI team.

  • Chatbot's scorecard can start to be developed.
  • The only part related to the BI team is the report.

  • Development of the scorecard begins now; BI involvement is scoped to the report only.
