Create Deals & Tickets While Viewing Chat

Relocate the Create Deal and Create Ticket forms from a full-screen bottom sheet overlay into the right-side Omnichannel infobar, enabling agents to keep the conversation visible during data entry, and introduce unsaved changes protection across all exit paths.

Structure​

  • prds/ — Product Requirements Documents.

  • tests/ — Acceptance test specs tracing back to PRD acceptance criteria.
  • delivery/ — TPM program-management docs: timeline.md, periodic status/ reports, and ADR-style decisions/.
