[Innovation] Dashboard Workspace for Internal Team (1st Delivery)

Enable SDR, BD, and AM teams to identify and act on the highest-priority work items of the day from a single, role-personalized Workspace homepage within Qontak, without switching modules. Delivered in 3 sequential phases (SDR → BD → AM) across Q3 2026.

Structure

  • prds/ — Product Requirements Documents (ANCHOR + per-phase PRDs).
  • rfcs/ — Technical design proposals (RFCs).
  • tests/ — Acceptance test specs tracing back to PRD acceptance criteria.
  • delivery/ — TPM program-management docs: timeline.md, periodic status/ reports, and ADR-style decisions/.

Engineering surfaces this initiative touches, aggregated across its PRDs.

  • Frontend — Workspace platform (Section framework, Widget rendering framework, Role visibility model, Widget Data Service integration, Widget personalization) + per-persona widget sets.
