Example Team

Team landing page. A team folder groups the initiatives that team owns; each initiative is a subfolder with its own README.md + prds/ rfcs/ tests/.

The team README.md carries only title + status in frontmatter — no dri (DRIs live at the initiative level, since a team owns many initiatives).

Initiatives

• example-initiative/ — the reference layout for a new initiative.

Program management

• delivery/roadmap.md — the team-level program roadmap, rolling up each initiative's delivery/timeline.md and latest status. Owned by the TPM. (The team README itself stays title + status only.)
