0001 — Phase error handling separately

Delivery / Program Management — decision record (ADR-style). ADR state accepted is remapped to the linter enum value approved.

Context​

The error-handling scope for EXMPL-S01/ERR-1 was blocking the RFC start. Fully specifying it now would push the PRD past M1, but shipping the happy path without it is acceptable for the first release.

Decision​

We will scope the happy-path stories now and defer the full error-handling design to a follow-up PHASE PRD, so the RFC can start on schedule.

Consequences​

  • M2 (RFC agreed) stays on its 2026-07-15 target.
  • A follow-up PHASE PRD must be filed for the deferred error-handling work before ship.
